Delivery Policy

TheReverence currently operates on an order per unit production model. Orders are produced after a drop closes and then shipped to customers.

During this process, delivery typically takes approximately two to three weeks from the date the store closes. This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

We are actively working toward holding inventory. Once products are in stock, orders will generally ship within four to five business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped. TheReverence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.
