Return Policy

TheReverence accepts returns and exchanges on all orders.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day window, and return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

To start a return or cancellation, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/93449781551/account and submit your request through your order history. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

We will refund your original payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

All Other Returns & Exchanges For all customers, we accept returns and exchanges with no time limit, provided items are returned in acceptable condition. TheReverence reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse.

For exchanges due to an error on our part, return shipping will be covered by TheReverence. For all other exchanges, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved and processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
