Return Policy

TheReverence accepts returns and exchanges on all orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must provide their order number and relevant order details. Refunds will be issued once the return has been approved and processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

For exchanges, customers are required to return the original product. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by TheReverence. If the exchange is requested for other reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and the replacement product is available. There is no time limit on returns or exchanges; however, returned items must be in acceptable condition.

TheReverence reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
